We hope we wonʼt get into a fight and we hope you donʼt want one, either. But if it canʼt be avoided, then the place of jurisdiction, as far as permitted, will be Koblenz. The applicable law shall be that of the Federal Republic of Germany, even if you are accessing our site from outside of Germany.
