The new F.A.I.R. Racing II Sporting over-under shotgun was developed with the needs of Sporting Clays shooters in mind, a specialty where clays simulate the flight and the movement of different species of wild game.
It is an exciting discipline which is also extremely useful for hunters, who can practice even when the hunting season is closed.
F.A.I.R. Racing II Sporting 12 ga: details
The F.A.I.R. Racing II Sporting is a 12 ga Magnum shotgun featuring 29.9 in / 76 cm barrels in UM / 8 steel with X-Cone profile. Barrels are chrome lined and tested for steel shot.
On request you can have 27.9 in / 71 cm barrels.The Racing II features a set of Technichoke chokes available in five different values.
The upper rib is 15 mm high and 11 mm wide with anti-flare checkering, while the front sight is red fiber optic.
The action is machined from a solid block of tri-alloy steel with a two-lug locking system.
The finish is gloss blue, with golden markings.
The selective single trigger is equipped with the XR-Trigger adjustment system and is gold finished.
The stock is made of European walnut with an ergonomic Sporting design, an adjustable cheekpiece and an XR Stock comb/heel adjustment system.
The wood is FX-Wood oil-finished with an Optowood patented finish which gives it an elegant mottled “briar wood" effect.
Checkering is laser-made. The recoil pad is rubber.
The weight of the F.A.I.R. Racing II Sporting 12 ga shotgun is about 130.5 oz / 3.7 kg.
