The Chiappa Firearms company introduced two new semi-automatic shotguns at the Sands Expo & Convention Center; chambered for the hard-hitting 3.½” 12-gauge shotshells, the new versions of the CA612M “Field” and CA612M “Turkey” are designed to meet the demanding needs of waterfowl and turkey hunters, offering the premium features shooters expect from top of the line shotguns.
The new Chiappa CA612M Supermagnum shotguns are based on an inertia driven bolt system to offer flawless performance in the field, on the range or for home defense. Inertia-driven shotguns feature no gas system, thus getting rid of the challenging and tedious cleaning of parts that often cause other shotguns to malfunction. The CA612M Supermagnum shotguns can shoot 2.¾”, 3” or 3.½” shells interchangeably with no modifications or adjustments necessary.
The Chiappa CA612M Supermagnum “Field” model features a 28” barrel with a durable, lightweight synthetic stock coated in full Mossy Oak Shadow Grass Blades camouflage. The Chiappa CA612M Supermagnum “Turkey” model is instead built for hunting gobblers with an easy pointing 24” barrel, synthetic recoil absorbing pistol grip stock and coated in full Mossy Oak Breakup Infinity camouflage.
Five choke tubes are included with the CA612M Supermagnum Field (SK, IC, M, IM, F), while the CA612M Supermagnum Turkey comes with five choke tubes, including an Extra Full for turkey hunters (XXF, SK, IC, M, F).
