Thompson/Center T/CR 22 semi-automatic rifle: technical features
Technically, these rifles in .22 Long Rifle with fully-machined lightweight aluminum receiver, fully-machined stainless steel bolt and 10-round rotary magazine are among those built on the platform of the iconic Ruger Model 10/22. The new Performance Center T/CR 22 models feature either a plastic Hogue Overmolded thumbhole stock or an Altamont laminated thumbhole stock, as well as a heavy, 20 in / 508 mm long, fluted stainless steel barrel with 1-15" twist. The threaded muzzle with cap allows the rifles to be subsequently equipped with suppressors or other muzzle devices.

Other features and price of the T/CR 22 semi-automatic rifle
Other features include a revised trigger system, an enlarged bolt handle and a mounting rail for the easy attachment of optics. The Performance Center T/CR 22 rifles can also be upgraded with retrofit parts from the large Ruger 10/22 aftermarket. The T/CR 22 is also available with standard polymer stock with Realtree, Mossy Oak or Olive Drab finish.
The version with the Hogue synthetic stock costs 497 USD in the US, and the variant with the Altamont laminated wood stock is 616 USD.
