Beretta introduces the new and stylish 80X Cheetah concealed carry in a special bronze color edition

Of course, the new pistol from Beretta is currently a hot topic at the SHOT Show in the USA. That's why it can't be missing from our presentation of new products, even if it is initially a topic for the Italian market. And before it become the most comfortable and controllable pistol in the world, it was made a Beretta: the lineage is obvious at first glance. Redesigned for today's needs, the 80X Cheetah is a compact single/double-action semiautomatic pistol based on a reliable blowback system. It includes a Vertec-style slim, ergonomic grip profile, a dust cover rail to mount electro-optical and aiming devices, single action/double action trigger, skeletonized hammer, 13+1 round capacity and red dot ready slide. The launch version features a stainless steel barrel and a different, Bronze color frame finish.

Beretta has built a pistol that specifically appeals to professionals who need concealed carry and enthusiasts who prefer a compact-sized gun that is comfortable to carry and agile in use.

With a slide that is easier to manipulate thanks to new cocking serrations and fine-tuning of the masses: the perfect weight balance of the moving masses and operating springs, combined with the new ergonomics, make the 80X Cheetah perfectly manageable and extremely effective in live fire use.   Short, adjustable reset with "crispy" feel; ambidextrous external safety lever with half-mounted decocker function. Carefully finished trigger group components for smooth, consistent pull and crisp break.

• Optics-ready slide with interchangeable sights
  Interchangeable sights; lightened recoil spring; front and rear sawtooth handling serrations; Red dot ready plate; integrated rear sight in the optic cover plate; skeletonized hammer.

• Vertec alloy frame
  Vertec-style lightweight aluminum alloy body; "combat" trigger guard with flattened profile; reversible magazine release button; aggressively profiled grip surfaces; oversized beavertail.

• Standard 13-round magazine
  Compact size and ergonomics optimized for concealed carry.

• Stainless steel barrel
  The barrel of the Beretta 80X Cheetah is made of stainless steel and measures 99 mm, a carefully engineered length to deliver the highest energy that the .380/9mm Short cartridge caliber is able to express.

  The innovative and environmentally friendly Aqua Tech Shield finish is designed to provide maximum protection from aggressive and harsh environments.

The Beretta 80X Cheetah is initially available in the market in a fascinating bronze color scheme, an intriguing feature of the launch edition, to be followed by a more utilitarian black version. Other color options are also under consideration.

The launch version is released in Italy in an initial batch of 100 pieces at a price of 919 euros including VAT.
