Also, the Tango6T 1-6x24 professional tactical riflescope, both in FFP and SFP configuration, and the Tango4 6-24x50 long range riflescope, designed for competition, sport, tactical and long-range hunting purposes. We have been there for you to report about the most important new products in the optic segment for 2019 showcased by SIG Sauer in Las Vegas - two days before the official presentation at SHOT Show 2019. Here we go:

Product update: SIG Sauer Kilo3000 BDX laser range finding binoculars

SIG Sauer new Optics for 2019
The brand new SIG Sauer Kilo3000 BDX laser range finding binoculars, capable of measuring up to 5000 yards on a reflective target.

BDX Technology has been introduced late in 2018, with the Sierra 3BDX riflescope and Kilo BDX line of monocular laser rangefinders. all4shooters.com reported on the BDX-technology and on the first products.

Now, a new product update arrives: The Kilo 3000 BDX laser range finding binoculars, built on a compact, tough and lightweight Aluminum housing, feature a 10x42 magnification and an on-board Applied Ballistics Ultralite calculator, which connects to the Sierra3BDX riflescope via a Bluetooth link. The riflescope then applies the bullet drop data to the BDX-R1 illuminated reticle automatically. The Kilo 3000 BDX supports Applied Ballistics External for pairing with a Kestrel with AP Elite.

The SIG Sauer Kilo3000 BDX is built to be used with the SIG smartphone app and the Sierra3BDX riflescope.

The performance of the SIG Sauer Kilo 3000 BDX is quite notable, being able to measure up to 5000 yard on a reflective target, up to 2000 yards on trees and 1500 yards on a deer. The ED glass optics are fully multi coated with phase coated prisms for an excellent viewing experience. Data is displayed inside the eyepiece using a Lumatic OLED display with automatic brightness adjustment.

The SIG Sauer Romeo8T is a super durable, ruggedized mil-spec red dot sight. Featuring a 38mm rectangular aiming window, full 7075 alloy construction with integrated Picatinny rail interface and a removable Titanium shroud, the Romeo8T is built to take it. The reticle is a 2 MOA Quad reticle pattern Circle Dot with ballistic holds, with MOTAC (Motion Activated Illumination System) that powers it up when it senses motion and power down when still for over 2 minutes. Adjustment clicks are 0.5 MOA. The Romeo8T is powered by a standard CR123A battery; it is IPX-8 waterproof, meaning 20m depth for 30minutes. The 8T includes flip cap covers and a front lens anti reflective device. In addition to the T model, the Romeo 8 is also available in the H model. It has the same features as the 8T, however it lacks the Titanium shroud, is not IPX-8 certified and flip caps are optional.

The Romeo8T is not really new, information about it was available since early 2018, and it is an optronic aiming device expressly developed for military machine gun use. As a matter of fact, the demo of the new SIG Sauer SLMAG machine gun in .338NM mounted a Romeo 8T.
