What is the British Shooting Show?
The British Shooting Show 2022 is a perfect business platform for the shooting industry. But it’s also a place to inspire future shooting legends. Also conservation plays an important role in all aspects of shooting sports. It’s not all shooting and taking… It’s giving back and conserving the natural ecosystem and respecting biodiversity and wildlife. Game and wildlife management is an important part of conservation as well, ensuring the British countryside is preserved and nurtured for the benefit of the whole nation including non-shooters.
After being postponed due to the pandemic in 2021, the British Shooting Show 2022 – the UK's largest shooting show – will be back on February 18-20, 2022 at the National Exhibition Centre (NEC), Birmingham. all4shooters.com will have Chris Parkin as reporter on site to tell you everything about the new and most interesting products that will displayed there.
The organizers try to keep access regulations low: No tests, no masks required. The Show is open to the interested public.
As explained on their website, the British Shooting Show is “the best resource to guarantee the safety, security and future within the shooting sport is education and information,” is “a platform for people to discover the shooting sport and to be given the opportunity to speak to professionals and learn more about the sport and safety practises before making an informed decision on their purchase,” and is ”a business platform for the shooting industry” offering “everything you need to support your business’ growth within the shooting industry both here in the UK and internationally.”
Last but not least, the Show is an opportunity for conservation featuring all leading conservation bodies involved in giving back and conserving the natural ecosystem and respecting biodiversity and wildlife. FACE (Federation of Associations for Hunting and Conservation of the EU) and BASC (British Association for Shooting and Conservation) are the leading organizations in this respect.
One big and threatening topic - most people try to ignore it - is still the EU wide ban of lead in ammunition and even if UK is no longer a member state, the UK-market would be fully affected. The British Shooting Show 2022: demonstrations and tactical training - but the focus is on products and sales

Whether you’re an avid wildfowler, clay shooter, game shot or love nothing more than a day in the pigeon hide, the British Shooting Show has every type of shotgun for every shooting discipline.
But besides shotguns, rifles, airguns, optics, ammo and accessories, at the British Shooting Show you will find an NGO Gamekeeping area with a wealth of specialist products, services and accessories for gamekeepers and estate owners, and the Demonstration Arena, a hub of activity for the duration of the show where visitors can come and watch the displays held by outdoor and field sporting professionals engaged in daily demonstrations. There is also a Tactical Training Area that simulates tactical scenarios: it enables you to navigate the corridors engaging targets using Airsoft M4 rifles and gas blow back pistols kindly supplied by NUPROL under the instruction of ex-SAS and Private Military Contractor Phil “Big Phil” Campion.
