"After the IWA is before the IWA" is the motto at NürnbergMesse. IWA OutdoorClassics is one of the most important international trade fairs in the industry and also for Nuremberg. It is therefore particularly important that the exhibition also follows the current changes in the market and the resulting trends. A new agency and a revised design for the IWA's communication presence are now the result – even though the IWA will not take place again until March 2025. The first output is now the new IWA OutdoorClassics website.
The revised website is characterised by an intuitive user interface and improved navigation. Visitors can now find all relevant information on exhibitors, products and events more easily. Exhibitors can find all relevant conditions of participation and benefits at a glance. A clear design ensures that important content can be accessed quickly and easily.
In future, the new exhibitor and product database will combine even more detailed exhibitor profiles and all new products that will be exhibited at IWA OutdoorClassics.
The redesigned IWA OutdoorClassics website offers trade visitors lots of interesting information on exhibitors and events
The new interactive hall plan provides a detailed overview of the exhibition center. Visitors can find out about the exhibitors' locations in advance and plan their route. On site, visitors can navigate even more efficiently through the halls by having the quickest routes displayed digitally. The IWA OutdoorClassics thus enables a completely new online visitor guidance system and thus fulfils the requirements of a modern trade fair even better.
The knowledge section is also new. In future, editorial articles will be published there that deal with trade fair trends, exhibitors, products and the supporting program. IWA OutdoorClassics also wants to become a digital trendsetter and information hub and increase its visibility between two trade fair dates.
The new IWA OutdoorClassics website is optimised for use with mobile devices
With the increasing use of mobile devices, special attention was paid to optimising the website for smartphones and tablets. The new responsive design ensures that all content can be easily accessed on the move. This means that visitors and exhibitors can also access all digital offers conveniently and easily during the trade fair.
Georg Loichinger, PR Manager of IWA OutdoorClassics, on the new website: "We are delighted to finally be able to make our new website available. IWA OutdoorClassics thus keeps its finger on the pulse of the times and presents itself as a modern platform for the industry and trade. We are convinced that the many new features and the simpler handling of the existing utilisation options will convince exhibitors and visitors."
Not all planned features are currently available on the website. Depending on the module, the website will go live during the corresponding trade fair preparation phase. It is therefore certainly worth taking a look at the new IWA website from time to time so that you are always up to date until the next IWA OutdoorClassics, which will take place in Nuremberg, Germany, from 27 February to 2 March 2025.
