Hunting is all about sharing free time and emotions with one’s friends and dogs in the wild. The true purpose is to get excited and lost among the thrills that encounters with the wild provide us, which we inevitably try and relive each time.

We shall evaluate three types of Baschieri & Pellagri cartridges with the aim of providing the satisfaction of hunting typical game.
Let us talk about three 12 gauge slug cartridges: the Tricolor MB, the MB Super Giant, and the Mithos, all dedicated to sedentary hunting. All the cartridges in the Baschieri & Pellagri line are loaded with MB powder with two versions ensuring a wide degree of versatility, ranging between the low-kick of the MB Light loads to the heavy (38 grams) load of the MB Winter variant.
This line also includes four variants with a felt wad: a perfect gas seal is ensured by a plastic couvette positioned right on top of the propellant.
This wad combination provides optimal performance for medium distance engagements, but the above-mentioned, average-diameter variants can also offer good performances for more challenging shots.
36-grams loads, using #6 and #7 pellets, are ideal for pheasant and partridge hunting, and when hunting with dogs. A truly optimal load, it can be used for both barrels on a side-by-side or over-and-under hunting shotguns even for wood pigeons up to the field.
