Featuring a 180-lumen output, SureFireʼs 2211 “WristLight” has been conceived as an alternative backup high-power lighting instrument for law enforcement professionals; being carried at the wrist like a common watch, eliminates the need for a handheld flashlight and allows the operator to have a powerful light always literally at hand without having to renounce to a proper two-hand grip on his/her pistol.
Prototypes of the 2211 “WristLight” have been presented for the last couple of years now, including a version integrating a ruggedized Luminox timepiece; finally, production is ramping up to have the 2211 distributed for retail sale by this summer.
