With over one hundred years of experience in optics manufacturing, Leupold & Stevens introduces for the first time a line of protective eyewear consisting of five models: the Katmai, the Becnara, the Packout, the Switchback, and the Tracer. All models feature lightweight, durable construction and scratch-resistant polarized lenses. Five models from Leupold
The Katmai model is ideal for everyday use: lightweight, rugged and exceptionally clear, it is the right choice for the adventurer. In the Becnara, style and performance blend discreetly. The Packout and Switchback models are dedicated to hunters, shooters and fishers, to whom they offer a touch of style – but above all their lenses have an ANSI Z87.1 high-velocity impact protection rating. The Tracer model offers impact resistant lenses too, but with an additional pair of clear and yellow interchangeable lenses – something that will be highly appreciated by sports shooters.
All five styles share a number of top-of-the-line features, such as polarized lenses that eliminate glare and keep your eyes fresh. Leupold's Guard-ion hydrophobic coating sheds dirt, water and fingerprints for a clear, sharp image, while Diamondcoat-hardened lenses reduce the risk of surface scratches. The bridge design provides all-day comfort with no-slip soft-touch rubber pads.
