July 8 and 9, 2024, marked the first international summit for the industry sales agents, media and distributors of Hikmicro Tech’s optoelectronic products – Hikmicro is part of the global technology giant Hikvision.
The event was held in Huangzhou (Hubei), China. all4shooters.com was also invited to the event. Huangzhou is home to some of the world’s largest tech companies, such as Alibaba, and one of the cities with the most history in China. In fact, it was one of the seven capitals of the Celestial Empire, and was visited by Marco Polo on his journey, around 1276, so much so that a statue of the famous Italian explorer stands in the city’s central square.
I landed in Shanghai the day before the event along with more than 300 operators, distributors, personalities and industry journalists; we then moved to Huangzhou. Hikmicro christened the event with the motto “Grow Together, Explore Together.”
The event was entirely dedicated to the hunting and outdoor optoelectronic market, with many speakers explaining global trends, achievements, and commenting on the profound changes in all hunting fields that NV and thermal optoelectronics have caused. Being Hikmicro's event, the focus was obviously for the brand: stand by as all4shooters.com will publish soon an exclusive interview with Hikmicro top management.
But let's focus now on the totally unexpected awarding of all4shooters.com’ media platform with the Excellence in Communication Award 2024: according to Hikmicro's internal committee composed of the company’s communication experts and press office managers, all4shooters.com has distinguished itself, standing out both of the other media channels with which the optics manufacturer has a partnership, and also of the average international media, in the area of objectivity and quality of information. The award was presented by Stefan Li, Hikmicro's Overseas General Manager, and represents an important recognition by the manufacturer to the work of all the journalists and contributors of all4shooters.com and all4hunters.com, also in view of the presence of other international media that have had major contracts with Hikmicro for years.
The award was then later confirmed by a second award, the Outstanding Media Partner accolade, this one instead related to the quality of the partnership with the company and awarded only to Hikmicro's communication partners.
