After the choice of materials and the mechanical machining carried out by numerically controlled machines, the various components of Fausti firearms are finished by hand and monitored by expert labour. Trigger assemblies and locks of side-by-side and over-and-under shotguns are tested after they are assembled.
Selected wood stocks are handcrafted before undergoing final treatment and oil finishing. Receivers machined from solid steel billets are finished for a perfect match between the metal parts and the stock. Each individual operator takes care of one aspect of the gun in his/her own department until final preparation for delivery.
